LaRonya Hines-Day (affectionately known as Ronnie), is a former state tax agent having worked 7 1/2 years with the California State Franchise Tax Board and also a former IRS Agent, having worked as an Auditor, then as an Appeals Officer settling cases for the United States Tax Court, for a total of 11 1/2 years.

Ronnie specializes in both tax preparation and tax-debt resolution, using her internal expertise from working as an employee for both the state and federal tax agencies. Ronnie is great at rising to the challenge for a person in "tax-distress", which could happen for a variety of reasons such as being in escrow on a property, required for personal/business loan acceptance, acquiring transcripts for school loans, you name it.  When you are in a pinch, Ronnie can get resolution or transcripts of your IRS data fast, within the hour or a max of 24-hour turn-around time!  Just Google her client results!

Mr. Sullivan is our business advisor and IRS Collections expert correspondent.  As a team member he is the go-to advisor for resolving IRS Collections matters for our clients!

Michael D. Sullivan is the founder of  The Tax Mob, which consist of a host of former IRS Employees who were IRS Auditors, IRS Appeals Officers and Attorneys for tax litigation, and IRS Revenue Officers for Collections.  He had a distinguished career with the Internal Revenue Service for 10 years. As a veteran IRS Revenue Officer / Agent, he served as an Offer in Compromise Tax Specialist and Large Dollar Case Specialist. He also collaborated with the U.S. Attorney’s office on undercover operations. Team Member James Crenshaw is our International Tax Specialist/Bookkeeper! 

James comes to Tax Techs with a wealth of tax law knowledge and experience, specializing in International Tax Accounting & Advisory Services. His clients over the course of a 40+ year career has ranged from Fortune 500 companies, to small businesses and individuals for tax planning and tax return preparation.

Mr. Crenshaw is a US native who is currently residing in Ireland, working with businesses for tax compliance, and will now also serve Tax Techs clients!
