LaRonya Hines-Day (affectionately known as Ronnie), is a former state tax agent having worked 8 years with the California State Franchise Tax Board and also a former IRS Agent, having worked as an Auditor, then as an Appeals Officer settling cases for the United States Tax Court, for a total of 12 years.

Michael D. Sullivan is the founder of  The Tax Mob, which consist of a host of former IRS Employees who were IRS Auditors, IRS Appeals Officers and Attorneys for tax litigation, and IRS Revenue Officers for Collections.  He had a distinguished career with the Internal Revenue Service for 10 years. As a veteran IRS Revenue Officer / Agent, he served as an Offer in Compromise Tax Specialist and Large Dollar Case Specialist. James comes to Tax Techs with a wealth of tax law knowledge and experience, specializing in International Tax Accounting & Advisory Services. Mr. Crenshaw is a US native who is currently residing in Ireland, working with businesses for tax compliance, and will now also serve Tax Techs clients!

Jacob Simany is a New York–licensed attorney, former IRS Office of Chief Counsel associate attorney and current tax lawyer specializing in high‑income and business tax strategy.

Simany has been featured in media such as Beyond the Bar (Episode 19), where he discussed IRS misconceptions, tax compliance for undocumented immigrants, and strategic tax planning  His work focuses on helping high‑earning individuals and business owners legally minimize tax liabilities, and he has authored articles on IRS audit triggers and tax strategy.

Patrice Valentine serves as a Tax Associate with Tax Technicians, where she assists individuals, families, and business owners with a wide range of tax compliance and tax resolution matters. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate the tax process with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Patrice works closely with clients to gather and analyze financial information, prepare tax returns, organize supporting documentation, and assist in the completion of various tax-related projects. Her experience includes supporting tax resolution cases through client communications, document collection, financial analysis preparation, and case coordination to help ensure matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

Christina Carrillo is a Tax Associate with Tax Technicians based in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is currently pursuing her Enrolled Agent credential and doctorate degree, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and continuing education.
